Dilapidated History - 3WW

I
see
where
identical
scarred and
dilapidated farm
houses stand alone on
two triangular plots of land.
Dual structures each with
complimentary parts.
History bursting
like a volley
of times
gone
by.

  1. 'History bursting like a volley of times gone by' - exquisite! This beautiful poem stands alone, even without the clever geometrical construction.

  5. Nice one. It really creates a great picture in my mind. I've always loved imaging the story behind old abandoned places. :)

  6. Loved the photo. I too take pictures of buildings such as this and conjure up their past in my mind. Reliving the lives and the loves, the work and the sadness that they have known and seem itching to tell me about.

  9. What a great job you did, on form as well as getting those words in a home I understand.
