As the evening sky begins turning shades of blue and pale pink
I watch from my vantage point on the shoreline.
Patiently, as if in slow motion, the vessels return silently to the cove
that welcomes them back home.
Another amazing harvest and the crews are thankful for the gifts
which they have been provided.
