What Lies Beneath (OSS)

What lies beneath
the veil of black?

What secrets does

it’s folds hold back?

Eyes show doubt

and lack of trust

Such sadness at

a world unjust.

Or is the face

just a worn down mask

Weathered by the blistering

sand blasting task
